  • *Thank you for your interest in SD42's Continuing Education school. Adult Learners please read and complete the form carefully as you are agreeing to several items when you submit. If you are currently in high school, please contact your school counsellor to discuss taking courses at CE. Morning classes are 9:00AM to noon, afternoon classes are 3:30-6:00, and evening classes are 6:30PM to 9:30PM. We are planning for face-to-face, teacher-led classes here at Riverside Centre.   • Thank you for registering at Continuing Education. To complete the registration process, we require the supporting documentation listed here: A copy of your primary Identification (e.g. birth certificate, passport, citizenship card, Canada immigration documents). Two documents to show proof of address (BC Driver¬’s License, BC Services Card, mortgage document or rental/lease agreement, municipal tax bill, utility bills). We are providing you with 3 options to submit this information: Option #1: Scan and Upload on this form (this is the quickest option to register and secure a place in the course). Option #2: Scan and email the required documents to CE@nullsd42.ca; or Option #3: Submit the required documents directly to the school (by appointment only). Please call the school at 604-466-6555 to set up a mutually convenient time to bring in your documents to 20575 Thorne Ave. Maple Ridge, BC. Please do not hesitate to contact the office staff if you require assistance or would like to discuss alternate arrangements to submit documents.

    • Agreement

      I have read the course outline provided on the CE website for each course selected. Note that Grade 10 courses have a tuition fee for Graduated Adults. I understand that I will receive a Welcome Email Message from CE that confirms my course enrolment as soon as possible. I must complete 10 hours of the course in September to be considered 'Active' in the course. The School Code of Conduct applies to all courses. Academic Honesty is integral to learning. Teachers and Administrators will investigate all concerns regarding plagiarism which may result in a mark of zero or withdrawal from the course. I understand and agree that after becoming active in the course (10 hours of the course attended) I do not qualify for a refund, but can transfer my fee (one time only) to another course. If I have any questions about my Student Learning Plan, Academic Upgrading, or Adult Graduation, I will call the school to book an appointment with an Academic Advisor at (604) 466-6555
    • Next Steps

      Once you submit this form, this is what happens next: 1.) a confirmation notice appears in the web browser window you are viewing, 2.) a confirmation notice is sent to the student email entered on this form indicating that the registration form has been successfully submitted, 3.) a digital copy of your form is directed to the CE clerical team, 4.) Students will receive a Welcome Letter outlining course confirmation, teacher name and location, and first day procedures as soon as possible.
