A copy of your primary Identification (e.g. birth certificate, passport, citizenship card, Canada immigration documents).
Proof of address (BC Driver's License, BC Services Card with Photo, mortgage document, municipal tax bill, utility bills).

Adults who have NOT graduated from secondary school may take our courses for free. Adults who have graduated from any province or country may only take approved courses as outlined by the Ministry of Education for free. Tuition fees for graduated resident students that is not covered by the Ministry is $650.00 and $985.00 for International Students. (Note: Students on a Work Visa are not permitted to take a course.) (International student fee will increase to $1100 starting July 1, 2024)

Agreement*

I am currently residing in British Columbia. I have read the course outline provided at https://wcln.ca for each course selected. I understand that I will receive a Welcome Email Message from CLC that confirms my course registration and login instructions as soon as possible. I must complete 5% of the course learning activities to be 'active' (enrolled) in the course within 10 school days of receiving the Welcome Message. The course must be completed within 12 school months. The School Code of Conduct applies to all online courses. Academic Honesty is integral to learning. Teachers and Administrators will investigate all concerns regarding plagiarism which may result in a mark of zero or withdrawal from the course. I may have limited or no access to courses in July and August. I understand and agree that after becoming active in the course (5% of Learning Activities completed) I do not qualify for a refund, but can transfer my fee (one time only) to another course.

Next Steps

Once you submit this form, the process is:

a confirmation notice is sent to the student email entered on this form indicating that the registration form has been successfully submitted
a digital copy of your form is directed to the CLC clerical team
student will receive a Welcome Letter outlining course confirmation and login instructions.
